Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs

- Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together.

2. Dip the chicken pieces into the flour mixture, coating them evenly.

3. Next, dip the flour-coated chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, allowing excess egg to drip off.

4. Finally, coat the chicken pieces with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere the breadcrumbs to the chicken.

5. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken nuggets in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

6. Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
